| Today SB 560, the bill eliminating the triggerman rule, was passed by the House of Delegates by a vote of 78-Y, 17-N. SB 560 has already passed the Senate and is now headed for Governor Kaine's desk. The Governor has promised, as he did in 2007, to veto this bill. We expect HB 933, the House bill eliminating the triggerman rule, to be voted on next week in the Senate. |
